Insurance

I am considered an out-of-network provider. This means that if you have a PPO plan that allows you to see clinicians outside of your network, your insurance carrier is likely to reimburse you a portion of my fee once your deductible has been met. Please make sure to contact your insurance company about your options.

If you choose to use your out-of-network coverage, I offer complimentary billing and will submit claims to your insurance carrier on your behalf.
